  Detailed Experience
 

  • Worship Leading: Lead weekly congregational worship and run weekly vocal and band rehearsals.  Lead worship for annual church wide worship events and conferences. Good Friday, Easter and Christmas Eve services.
     

  • Worship Design:  Design weekly holistic worship experiences utilizing music, scripture, art, drama, video, and lighting.  Create and execute special events to facilitate multisensory worship experiences.
     

  • Team Building and Volunteer Empowerment:  Establish and shepherd multiple vocal teams, bands, technology teams, worship ministry leadership team, graphic design team and small group leaders.
     

  • Technology Implementation:  Write and produce weekly video announcements and sermon introductions for Sunday services.  Utilize projection and lighting for stage design.
     

  • Volunteer Recruitment:  Organize outreach and involvement events for new and regular volunteers.  Develop processes for auditioning, interviewing and placing new team members in the worship ministry.
     

  • Musician Development:  Grow church musicians through establishing mentorship relationships, teaching lessons, attending worship conferences and hosting worship leading experts to encourage growth in the level of skill in team members.
     

  • Tool Development:  Create tools to empower and aid volunteers in worship planning, including worship service flow sheets and timelines and worship plans
    .

  • Large Event Coordination:  Plan and organize large worship and concert events, multi-church worship gatherings and church wide community outreach and volunteer recruitment events.
